Delivery and Returns Policy
All artwork and products in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. At times there will be items in my shop that you can purchase on a 'made to order' basis. These items can take from 4-6 weeks per item to make depending on the item. You will be contacted with an estimated dispatch date when your order has been placed. I will also contact you if there is likely to be a delay in your order.
Delivery of Goods:
All artwork will only be shipped once payment has been made in full. Please check your items when signing for your delivery and report any damages due to delivery within 24 hours of receiving it.
Artwork and other bulky products are sent via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force in the UK (estimated 1-2 working Days) and via UPS to the rest of the world (estimated 5-8 working days). All items are tracked and will require a signature when it arrives.
Prints are sent in flat, board envelopes via the Royal Mail to all countries. In the UK they aim to deliver your prints with 1-2 working days and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world. This however is not guaranteed and can take up to 28 days to arrive.
Customers ordering age restricted items (tool kits) will need to sign for their delivery and will be asked their year of birth.
International Buyers and shipping:
International shipping is charged at £45 for a standard sized parcel and £85 for a larger parcel or multiple items. If you have ordered more than one item the shipping will be worked out at the checkout before payment.
If you are shipping outside of the UK then you are responsible for all customs charges, taxes and additional postage fees requested by customs. Should any of these charges apply to your order you will be notified by the courier who will ask for the payment before they release your parcel for delivery. I am happy to ship items straight to the person the gift is intended and will gift wrap the order in coloured tissue. Please include this request in the 'notes' section of the shopping cart and confirm the details of the address you would like the order to be sent.
I use recycled packaging as much as possible when shipping orders, however if it compromises your items safe delivery then I will chose the most suitable packaging available.
I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, therefore you should read them regularly and check them before making any inquiries or purchases.
I work very hard to create unique pieces of artwork, however if you are not completely happy with your item please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order. If agreed, a refund will be provided once the item has been returned in the same condition and packaging it was sent in. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. This does not apply to commissioned work or bespoke orders of any kind, or sales items unless they are damaged or faulty. Postage, packaging and insurance incurred in the returns process cannot be refunded, nor the original shipping fee.
If within the first 14 days after you have purchased an online course you change your mind and wish to leave the course you will be refunded the full amount. Refunds will not be available after this 14 day period. If you live outside the UK, due to possible fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than your original amount. If you have purchased a tool kit that you wish to return please follow the guidance below explaining how to return work and other items.
How to Return Work and Other Items:
Please repackage the returns in the same packaging it was sent in and contact me at email@example.com to notify me that it has been shipped. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and remain responsible for the item until it has arrived safely with me. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when you return items.
Damaged Artwork and Other Items:
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item with images and a description of the damage. I will arrange collection of the artwork, free of charge, and discuss further whether you would like a refund, exchange or for the artwork to be put right. I will not refund artworks that have been damaged through wear and tear.
